Development items require a RFC (Request for Change document) that details the requirements and reasons for the request.

An RFC must have a valid benefit.

An RFC must be signed off by a senior Line Manager before it can be added to the CLICKUP prioritisation process.

IT will update CLICKUP with approximate timings to help with decision making
-
The CLICKUP stakeholders will prioritise RFC items and decide if still valid.
-
IT will add items to the Development board based on availability of resource.
